Pearl Street Entrance to Point Defiance Park / Waterfront Phase 1

SCI Infrastructure, LLC was the General Contractor of the featured redesign of the Pearl Street Entrance to the Point Definance Park.  In collabration with the Metropolitan Parks, The City of Tacoma and the Department of Transportation this project is part of a Master Plan Development for the entire area.

The project included construction of a roundabout for better traffic circulation, and also ferry lane traffic improvements.  The center of the roundabout intersection features a Point Defiance Park Entrance metal artwork signage with distressed wood features in concrete.  This sign and round about greets over 3 million visitors annually to the Point Defiance Park, Marina and Ferry.

The project is complete and in full use.
